Short version: we only process the data you send us through a form (contact, newsletter or sponsorship proposal) and, if you accept them, analytics data. There is no user sign-up and we do not sell information to anyone.

If you use the contact form on About us, the sponsorship form or the newsletter sign-up, we process your name, email and message only to reply to you or to send you the newsletter you asked for (double opt-in, one-click unsubscribe). The data is stored in Surper's contact manager, is not shared with third parties and is kept for as long as the conversation or subscription lasts and then as long as the law requires. If you write to us at [email protected], we process your email solely to reply to you.
The server records the usual technical data (date, page requested, browser type) for security and to detect errors. We also count clicks on affiliate links in an aggregated, anonymous way, so we know which content is useful. We do not build profiles and we do not identify you individually.
If you accept analytics cookies we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to count visits in aggregate; until you accept, it runs with consent denied and sets no analytics cookies. When you click a product link you leave this site for Amazon.es. From that moment Amazon's privacy policy applies, and it may set its own cookies. Images are served from external photography providers, which receive your IP address as in any web request.
The legal basis is your consent for forms, the newsletter and analytics cookies (you can withdraw it at any time), and the legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and functional for technical logs. Technical logs are kept only for as long as strictly necessary.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
